The media library allows your MioWorks business users to organize, store & selectively share files from a central location. This simplified intranet allows you to store files in a central location so that they are always accessible to you and your team. By using the Media Library, you can increase the speed and accuracy of sharing information with clients. Instead of searching for the right version of a document, writing an email and then sending it, you can simply choose a file from the media library and share it with the client. MioWorks takes care of notifying the client of the new file.
Files may be shared with contacts or kept private. The media library including the folders and all of the files is shared across all of the business application users (employees with MioWorks accounts).

After clicking on the “library” tab, you will see the available folders on the left(1). To create a new folder click on the “New Folder” link at the top of the box and a dialog box will appear. Enter the name you choose for the new folder and click create. The new folder will be saved and available for files.
To see files in a corresponding folder, click on the appropriate folder name(1). The files will appear in the list to the right (4). For each file you may take an action including download, view file details, edit file details, view contacts sharing the file and delete. In addition to working with files one by one, you may select multiple files and perform actions on those files (2) including download, delete, move and copy.
To add a new file to a folder, click on the “add file” button (3) located at the top right.

To add a new file, first you browse your local computer for the file (1). You may enter a display name for the file that may be more descriptive than the file name itself (2). Adding a description can be useful in helping you find this file in the future (3). Next you select the folder to store this file in (4) or create a new folder if needed. You finish the process by clicking on “Upload”.
The file will be added to the Media Library and made available for all MioUsers. Once a file is inside of the media library MioUsers have the ability to attach the file to contacts.
