The billing information panel allows you to manage your MioWorks.com subscription.

As shown in the screen shot above, you can update your credit card number (1) at any time. NOTE: MioWorks.com does not actually store you credit card information on our servers. We use an industry leading 3rd party processing company to vault and manage all credit card details. This 3rd party is fully PCI compliant and has stringent security controls in place.
The billing panel also shows you real time information about your site including the amount of physical storage space (2) you are using for files as well as the number of MioUsers you have authorized (3). At any time you may increase your storage and/or the number of MioUsers. Both of these options will increase your monthly subscription amount. Pricing details can be found by clicking on the appropriate button.
To access your billing history and print out an invoice, click on the button titled “Billing History” (4). You will be presented with a list of your past invoices where you can download and print.
To cancel your account, you may click on the “cancel my account” link at the bottom of the page. Please note that when you click on cancel you will continue to have access to your account information through the end of your current billing cycle. This date will be displayed prior to completing the cancellation. Once your cancellation date has passed, ALL of your information will be completely purged from the MioWorks.com system. Once this takes place there is no opportunity to recover your data. It is recommended that you request a full download of your data prior to requesting a cancellation of your account.
