Privacy compliance is important for your business. Contacts have the right under U.S. law to request that thier information should be removed from your calling campaigns, email campaigns or direct mail activities. MioWorks helps support your efforts to honor the requests of your contacts.
You can easily mark a contact for privacy based upon phone, email and postal mail. These options can be found on the edit contact detail screen as shown below:
By clicking the appropriate box, you have recorded the wishes of the contact. For each contact record, the detail view will show you three icons to the left of the contact information. These icons represent the privacy requests. If the person has requested not to be contacted by telephone, email or direct mail – the icon will change to color with a red warning symbol.
To help assist you in respecting the privacy wishes of contacts, MioWorks will provide a warning and allow you to eliminate opt-out contacts from exported lists and followup campaigns.
