When viewing an individual contact there are three action buttons across the top of the page. You may click on these buttons at any time. The buttons include (1) Add a new contact, (2) Edit this contact and (3) Delete this contact.

Edit this contact
By clicking on “Edit this contact” the screen will change to allow you to modify the contact information. This is the same screen used to add a new contact. The only difference is that the existing information for the contact is populated. You may edit the contact information as needed and then click on the “Update Contact” button at the bottom of the page to make the changes permanent.

Delete contact
To delete this contact and all of the associated notes, issues and files the MioUser clicks on the “delete contact” button. If this contact is limited to particular users, only those users may delete the contact. Once a contact is deleted it is completely erased from MioWorks. Please note there is no reversal for this process. All associated files, issues, notes and tasks will be deleted.
NOTE: MioWorks doesn’t reccomend that you delete records. We don’t charge you based upon the number of contacts you store and it’s always better to be safe than sorry. There are other ways to “hide” contact records using contact types or tags.
